Fruit and Veg
M&M's , S13, has a section of well priced and good quality Asian vegies, including bokchoy for 90c, spring onions for $1 bunch plus a wide range of fresh herbs. Regular vegies include broccoli for $3.99kg and seedless grapes $4.99kg. For plump and juicy Tasmanian cherries go to Fred McMahon at S12. Also his limes and lemons are three for $2, fennel bulbs are $2 each, carrots are $1.99kg and sweet corns are$1 each. Pick-Me-Fresh, S49 has bags of giant red capsicum, perfect for roasting for $2 kg, large avocados are $1.29 each, 500gm bags of parsnips are $2, beans $3.50 kg and mangoes are two for $3. Con's, S52, has sweet little topless pineapples for $2 each and new season golden delicious and gala apples and Duchess pears all $3kg.
Meat and Seafood
Kassler is the German name for cured and smoked pork is delicious served from the BBQ with potatoes and sauerkraut. Sevenhill, S75, has pork loin Kassler chops on the bone for $18.95kg, also try the Latvian Hunters sausage named Mysliwska. The smoked pork sausage is lean and made with caraway seeds.

Wild Oz, S55, has diced wild goat meat for $19.99kg and kangaroo fillets marinated in BBQ plum glaze for $8.90 kg. Feast Fine Foods, S15, has Spear Creek lamb at fantastic prices. Legs on the bone are $16.99, butterflied for $22.99kg and bone in shoulder for $11.99. The amazing Smoky Bay oysters are$12.50 doz this week, Atlantic salmon skin-on is $29.90 kg and the sweet meat in the Alaskan crab legs is plentiful for $49.99kg.
Gourmet
Corner Deli, S71, has Italian white anchovies in brine, 200gms is $7.95 and organic Paris Creek unsalted butter $3.50 for 200gms. Lucia's Fine Foods has the new Life of Brine pickled okra in jars for $15 and gluten-free chestnut flour in 250gm bags for $22.00. The new season passata is also in store $6.50 cor 750mls.
