Food SA is excited to pilot a new program for producers, traders and consumers to connect with the seasonal produce grown and manufactured in SA by our members with cooking demonstrations and classes at the Adelaide Central Market.



Celebrate seafood with Simon Bryant

Join Simon Bryant and learn new ideas on cooking with sustainable seafood for Christmas. Watch the class and then taste all of the wonderful flavours over a delicious lunch with other participants. Copies of recipes including details of products and where to buy them at the Adelaide Central Market will be provided.

The Gouger Street Stage at the Adelaide Central Markets will also come alive on Friday 18 November from 11am to 2pm with a cooking demonstration of seafood paella, free tastings and local seafood products showcased by chef Nick Finn of The Highway.
