These are just a few of the people who cook at childcare centres in South Australia. They should be awarded the OBE for services to the community ...sometimes 70 kids...two meals, morning and afternoon teas, dietary requirements, small kitchens and kids and babies at their ankles. Talk about dedication to the food industry...I salute them. (they all love lemon curd tart)
The Gowrie Adelaide Training Centre specialises in children's services. The program is based on current and emerging training needs identified by staff and managers in children's services. The trainers are experts in their field! They all have training qualifications and are current or recent practitioners.
