Matters of Taste begun it’s life in the home kitchen of chef Tracey Cotterell in the Perth suburb of Bicton. With a young family, Tracey wanted to work from home and knew she had much cooking knowledge to share. People started attending in 1997, they came to learn new delicious recipes that could be used in their kitchen. Many a convivial evening was spent around her workbench, cooking, chatting and eating.
In 2007, ten years on, she continues to design and develop recipes with as much passion and excitement as in those early days. Her children have grown and today she takes delight in heading her present team of outstanding and professional staff.
The establishment is now situated in commercial premises and enjoys an international standard of design. The store and demonstration kitchen would be at home in any major world city
