We want consumers to realise that South Australian products are world class and to think about that when they shop. By purchasing locally made products, people are not only getting top quality goods, they are putting money back into our regions, supporting local jobs and given South Australian farmers and producers and very real local stronghold, which can only boost our state.” she added. Central Market a window on South Australia

A stallholder at Adelaide’s Central Market is taking an innovative approach in designing tours of the city’s historic icon.
Mark Gleeson from Providore is pitching his custom-made tours at visiting business people including Chief Executives, General Managers, potential investors and high-end travellers.
"My Executive tours will offer a vast insight into the culture, lifestyle and business prospects in South Australia," Mark says.
"The Central Market is a window into what happens in the food and wine industries in this State."
"I’m creating packages for guests that give a sharp, precise and knowledgeable view and show-off South Australia in a handsome light."
Mark says his specialised tours for individuals or groups will attract people who have limited time in Adelaide but are looking for information and potential business opportunities.
